How to Get a Ticket
Pick one of following easy ways to order your tickets.
- Come to any weekly dance for Mid-Ohio Boogie Club and pick up a flyer. You can fill it out and turn it in with your check that very night.
- Click the following link to display a registration form for “Mid-Ohio Boogie Bash”.
- Once the form is visible on your on screen, print it from your web browser.
- Fill out the registration form. Please indicate any club affiliations and include the name(s) you prefer to be called.
Note: If you are requesting more than one ticket, please include the names of the other dancers as well. Thank-you.
- Mail the registration form with your check made out to “Mid-Ohio Boogie Club” along with a self-addressed stamped business-size envelope to:

- Download or send a request for a PDF version of the event flyer with the registration form via e-mail to Georgia at
When you receive the flyer return it via e-mail, you can open the PDF and print the registration form. Then follow the instruction above for mailing.
Note that due to the compression settings used to minimize the download size of the flyer, you may need the latest version of Acrobat/Acrobat Reader (7.0 or later) and Apple Preview (version 3.0, which ships with Mac OS X 10.3, or later). Opening the PDF with older readers may result in a message saying that the file is corrupt.
- Send a request for a printed registration flyer by sending a note and a self-addressed stamped business-size envelope to the address listed above.
- Lastly, you can register on-line and pay for your weekend tickets using PayPal. We do ask, however that you pay an extra $2.50 to cover the cost of the PayPal fee and the cost of the postage and an envelope to mail the ticket(s) to you. This allows us to offer this service without needing to raise the price of the ticket.
