Fill out the registration form. Please indicate any club affiliations and include the name(s) you prefer to be called.

When you receive the flyer return it via e-mail, you can open the PDF and print the registration form. Then follow the instruction above for mailing.
Note that due to the compression settings used to minimize the download size of the flyer, you may need the latest version of Acrobat/Acrobat Reader (7.0 or later) and Apple Preview (version 3.0, which ships with Mac OS X 10.3, or later). Opening the PDF with older readers may result in a message saying that the file is corrupt.
Send a request for a printed registration flyer by sending a note and a self-addressed stamped business-size envelope to the address listed above.
Lastly, you can register on-line and pay for your weekend tickets using PayPal. We do ask, however that you pay an extra $2.50 to cover the cost of the PayPal fee and the cost of the postage and an envelope to mail the ticket(s) to you. This allows us to offer this service without needing to raise the price of the ticket.
